Elevator situation needs attention!!! Check coffee makers for used pods before cleaning!!! Better communication about local noise would enhance the experience!!!

The service at check-in was slow and frustrating. I waited too long for assistance while the staff member seemed preoccupied. The room had a leak that needed urgent repair. These comfort and maintenance issues.

We explored the nearby Barter Theater and enjoyed a fun night out at a local restaurant. The rooms were comfy and the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was good, though a bit small. Pro tip, try the mini waffles and coffee!

On the downside, the dining area felt a bit cramped, especially during breakfast rush hours. It could use some expanding for better flow.

Great stay with a sweet view!

We stayed for a night and loved it! The staff was super friendly, especially Andrea who made check-in easy peasy. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for our family. The mountain view was a nice touch too. Breakfast was good, but the only bummer was a broken knob on the temperature control. Still, we enjoyed our time here!

our stay at quality inn was pleasant. the king room was roomy and clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. the check-in staff were super friendly and helped us park our large vehicle easily. the location was convenient, just off the interstate and close to the barter theater.

This place was a perfect match for a brief pit stop in Johnson City with excellent value for money. The breakfast was really good, thanks to Brad making amazing options. I'd recommend arriving early to get the best of breakfast.
